Jogging in Morning vs Jogging in evening

Jogging is the best way to reduce weight fast. In initial months you should do jogging than after few months you can start running. On first day do jogging how much your body allow happily. The secret for success is that after every week you should add some jogging distance.

Jogging in Morning vs Jogging in evening

There is no doubt that Jogging is best exercise to reduce weight and increase stamina and reduce weight so one must do jogging.

But  now another important  question arises  when to do jogging in evening or in morning.

Jogging in morning is always better for those persons who wanted to reduce fat as in morning our stomach is empty so when we do jogging with empty stomach body use fat stored in body and thus body  fat reduces very fast.  If you drink water before jogging in morning fat reduction become more easy.

But in evening we had consumed food and thus body use carbs obtained from food and thus fat is not reduced so effectively and fast.

So jogging in morning is way more effective than jogging in evening

But it is not possible for everyone to get up early in the morning all those persons can do jogging in evening. Jogging in evening may take more time in reducing fat than Jogging in Morning  but jogging is evening is also very effective in reducing fat and increasing stamina.
